Wanna see how easy this is? I love anything retro, so I hit my stash of die cut/punched circles and pulled out some that copied the colors in the drop shadow on the groovy font sentiment. Arranged them haphazardly and voila!
Here's my second make. Love this sweet gal. Just spiced her up with some complementary autumn feel PP and voila!
