STAMPlorations summer release - layered citrus

Welcome to day 2 of the STAMPlorations Summer Release. Today's set is so refreshing. Meet Layered Citrus.

I saw a gray/yellow T-shirt that inspired me to make this CAS card using heat embossing.

yellow embossing powder

For my next card, I masked the card edges and put all the images to the test ;) And added a ransom note style sentiment. Cheers! TIP: Make "lemons" out of  "lemon" by doing some selective inking and stamping with the other sentiments in the set.

Lemons. Limes. Oranges. Lots of possibilities with this one, agree?

Shery's offering prizes as always. Leave comments by July 23 on all the release posts this week on the STAMP blog and the DT blogs to be in the running - there's a $25 GC and also your choice of a stamp set and word die from this release up for grabs!  Check out what my teamies created over at the STAMPlorations blog.

I'm joining the fun at:
Stempelkueche - Sweet Fruits
House of Cards - Food/Popsicle

Excellent cards!! Yes - I can see limes, lemons, oranges, blood oranges, mandarin oranges, etc. etc. and the sentiments in this set are delightful! Thanks for the introduction!

Fantastic cards using the citrus designs. I love the way you did the sentiment in white on black and the added it with sections that way.
