I've a two-fer today. My first card is for Shay's challenge to somehow use two on your card. Well, this came to mind immediately. And I used Heather P.'s color combo coral, lime and aqua for my MFT die cuts too. The sentiment comes from My Precious and Sugar Rush.
My second card today also uses Heather P.'s colors in Heather H.'s challenge which is to combine watercolors and gold. Don't have to ask me twice.
Used my Gansai Tambi watercolors to "ink up" the solid balloon from The Party and stamped several times, including off the edge, which is Kelly G.'s challenge too. Gave the card lots of splatters. Added strings and tassels in gold, a gold embossed secondary sentiment from Sugar Rush and PTI "celebrate" die cut from gold glitter CS.
I'm also joining the birthday celebrations at Papertrey (9 years old) with this card cuz I was inspired by Lizzie Jones favorite card and went for the light and airy feel using some of her colors.

Hey Maria!! I so adore your watercolor-y balloons with the gold and spatters. It's like I just woke up from a dream of some grand celebration! Or maybe it's me remembering my childhood birthday parties. Regardless, it's a great effect! So glad you're playing along with the w&w challenges : )
