Thanks, Simon, for sending me a Diamond Pattern background stamp from the new release, Friendly Frolic, to play with. Continuing my search to see what I could come up with in terms of patterns, I came up with this idea to fill those empty spaces. This time with more stamped images.

Heat embossed the diamond pattern with sparkly powder. Stamped some solid sequins and embossed them too. Stamped the jewels and embossed with silver powder. Colored the jewels. And since I definitely had a sparkly, jewel thang going on, I die cut a sparkly border and sentiment and popped the sentiment onto a diamond shaped die cut!
Bling, bling!
Hope you've enjoyed my makes with this simple BG stamp. Check out the Simon Says Stamp blog for all the products in this release and tons of inspiration too. Thanks for visiting.

Using a small stamp to alter your big background stamp is a great idea Maria it opens up so many possibilities! I love the sparkle, shine, and colour you added with your jewels! Thanks for joining us Just Add Ink this week.
I love all the embossing on your card - it gives a lovely raised and glossy look. Chantell Just Add Ink
Such a beautiful colour combination, Maria and adding the stamped sequins to the pattern in the background to create a new design is a fabulous idea! Thanks for sharing with us at Just Add Ink this week.
What a great combination of graphic with a whole heap of shimmery style, Maria ... and a delicious colour palette ... so eyecatching! Hugs, Anita :)
