See why I was inspired? So, the messiness happened. Distress Inks. Water flecks. Some Tim Holtz stamped grunge speckles. Gold splatters. Then the Impression Obsession Leaves die came out to play. And then this "
I could include a negative die cut leaf on my line of strung leaves. One partially dry-embossed card front later this is what was born.
Because I stamped a sneak peek of my inside sentiment through the hole, I'm linking up to Challenge #24 - Transparent at Addicted to CAS.
And although it's not a wreath, my card does include dimensional leaves, so I'm linking up at Papertrey's Make it Monday #137. (Melissa's beauty isn't really a wreath either, is it? ;) I used the "fall" sentiment stamp from A Wreath for All Seasons stamp set for my sentiment.
Thanks for visiting, again, today.

We have 2 maple trees out front that produce leaves like that, along with orange, green, gold, a real rainbow!! This year those trees are still completely green! Weird fall!

Hey Maria! Thanks for linking this up to this week's Tuesday Trigger in the Moxie Fab World! I'm so glad you joined in on all the fun! :)
This is a fantabulous card Maria! Love the leaves with the gold splatters and the deep embossing on the card base.
beautiful! i love those gold flecks!
My go-to method for the gold splatters is a really watered-down gold acrylic paint. I mix some up in an old jar. And then I use the shish kebab that I use to mix it up (it kinda separates in between uses) to grab some paint and I hold the stick with one hand and flick against it with the other. Works for me. Good luck.
Wowzers! This is gorgeous! I love the partial woodgrain embossing and the leaf window. All around awesome!
Your card is really beautiful! But unfortunately you placed it on your blog a day before our challenge got online so I'm sorry but we can't accept your card for our challenge over at Crazy for CAS.
