time for another STB planner cover

Before moving on to the next week's spread, I'd like to share how I gave the cover of my new STB planner  a little love before opening it. Used up some random scraps and boy does that feel good!

We've been in May 2024 in my STB memory planner.

But my last post was actually the last spread in this memory planner, so I thought I'd share a photo of how I dressed up the cover.

 

STB - may 6 2024

We're in May 2024 in my STB memory planner. Lots of photos. And other stuff.

Played with old alpha stickers. And even older large sheet Basic Grey letter stickers.

One big flap housing a waterfall of photos made from a bit of a lovely card I received from a crafty friend ElisabethElisabeth. Doodled lines. And stamping and stickers. Three cheers for Heidi Swapp and stopping the blur.

This is actually the last spread in this memory planner. On to a new one.

 

STB april 2024 in a nutshell

I used the month-at-a-glance in my 2024 STB memory planner for the first time. 

I know people use them like a calendar. I decided to do a glance back at the end of the month and do a month-in-a-nutshell. Just having fun remembering all the things that somehow stuck out to me as having been important in that month. 

May I introduce April-in-a-nutshell.

 

STB - april 29 2024

Moving into May 2024 in my Heidi Swapp STB memory planner.

Quite the hodgepodge, but hey, so was this week. Biggest memory: the damn mosquito that bit my leg when I was gardening. It got red. It got swollen. I got a sore ankle out of the deal too. Quite the week to remember.

But the big May 1st hike around our 'hood. And a delicious dinner at friends'. Stopping the blur.

More of April 2024 in my Heidi Swapp STB memory planner. 

Once again less photos. More fun place holders and white space.

Found a PP at my local dollar store that I loved and let it lead me.  Again, nice having PP with color schemes already perfected that you can use to create your pages.

Used some alphas and stickers that seemed to match too.  And photo flip ups ;)

Everything but the kitchen sink for this week's spread, including DS's artwork from his manga stage that I discovered in a pile of scrap paper. And an invite to a party we attended this week. And a vellum die cut overlay that had been laying around. For years!

Used some Dyan Reavely inspired handwriting too.
