Yep, that's my boy.
Since I wasn't sure if I'd be able to make that happen (I was), I decided to give him at least a card with a chocolate cake. And the Concord and 9th cake was calling to me in all its glory.

I revisited Kelly L's video on coloring chocolate frosting (she's amazing) and gave it my best shot.
It's amazing how this versatile stamp set carries the whole card. Since this image is pretty feminine, I tried to go easy on the colors to not make it too girly. DS appreciated my ole college try!
