so what does it say?

So do we finally know what the fox says? Who cares, right?

You may remember I used a leftover tidbit on this card which I told you was from a fox card that wasn't selected for publication. Well here it is for you.

I had decided that the square-ish speech bubble worked better here, so the round one was left lying on my desk and caught my eye for that "vintage" card.

For this card I used digi PPs from Melstampz and a fox image from meinlilapark. Notice I fussy cut the fox leaving some white behind him to mimic snow drifts. PC generated the lunch sentiment. Toughest part was aligning the die cut alphas!

Hope you enjoyed.

Supplies for what do you say:
Paper:  CS Bringmann, digi PP melstampz, fox meinlilapark
Ink :
Tools: dies PTI

  1. Awesome, love that fox! You should link thus one to my challenge Maria, I think it fits! :-)

  2. Love this novel approach to a card. Very creative. In a CAS card that is saying something. Bravo. - Jim

  3. Love this card! Looks like those printed stationary set!

  4. Very cool, Maria ... a rather chic fox ... hope he's off to a suitably chic restaurant! Anita :)

  5. Well, I care what the fox says and I love your card too. So fun and what a fabulous looking fox too. Just too cute and what time is lunch?

  6. I say yes! Love the big graphic lettering and cool Mr Fox with his chicken wire speech bubble :)

  7. Apparently, the fox just wants to ask me to lunch! I had no idea that's what he was trying to say. Thank you for clearing that up in such an awesome creative way, Maria! Tell him I'd love to join him!! But, no, I won't be bringing the hamster as a little appetizer for him!! Hugs, Darnell

  8. Patterns, colors, composition, fox--all PERFECT! LOVE the cool, graphic, yet airy nature of this card!

Go ahead... make my day!
