pasty and pearly it is (SSS, PTI)

I'm so excited.  My friend asked me to make the invitations for her daughters' confirmation. (These are the gals I had come over for some post-WCMD cardmaking!)  She picked a card of mine that she liked and asked for pinks and purples with silver instead so I got to it.

This was numero uno.

Structure paste applied through a stencil. Stamped squares along the bottom and die cut letters on a vellum strip. But then I thought about heat embossing a  feather stamp with silver powder.  So along came numero dos.

Created a watercolor background using Distress Inks on a craft sheet spritzed with lots of Perfect Pearl water. And then, wondering what feathers have to do with confirmation, I decided to give her a more traditional option, numero tres.

I'd love to know which you would pick.

I'm joining these challenges:
Simon Says Monday Challenge - Paste with numero uno
Simon Says Wednesday Challenge - Pearls with numero dos
Papertrey Make it Monday - #153 with numero dos

Thanks for looking.  Happy almost weekend.  And to my German friends... wolle wir se reinlasse?!?!?

All your cards are FABULOUS!!! :) I would choose your second card. For some reason that one just calls too me. ;)

I like all three but number two really catches my eye. I would pick number two, beautiful water colouring.

They are all beautiful! If I had to pick one it would be the second one and I see, that I am not alone! That water coloring is fabulous! Which one did your friend pick?

Hallo Maria,

SWOON! You are rocking these color combo, Maria! Each card has its own beautiful merits! It's a HARD choice! I am partial to water-coloring these day, so I am picking no. 2!! The first one is close! PS: Thanks so much for your lovely comment over my guest design over PCL! Du bist SO nett!!!

These cards are all so fabulous! It's hard for me to pick a favorite because there are things I love about each piece. On the first card, I really like the "crackled" leaf-texture you created with the paste. Quite brilliant! The feather on the second card is so delicate and lovely and that watercolor background is gorgeous! On the third card, I adore the pattern you created and how the silver is mixed in so subtly with the colors. You are so talented to have made three masterpieces! While I like them all, if forced to choose, I think I do vote for number two just because the features are both elegant and striking. Good luck with your final decision and whatever you decide, I'm so very glad that you shared your talents with us here at the Simon Says Stamp Monday Challenge blog!

Wie schön, noch jemand der nicht so die üblichen Karten zu diesem
Thema macht! Ich würde Karte Nr 1 nehmen, wobei mir eigentlich alle gefallen. LG Elisabeth
